- Dr. Chester Wilson, Pelican Defense Technologies, will be conducting a seminar for 25 attendees titled What If the Biggest AI Payoff Is Not Inside the Chip? Using AI Across Design, Testing, Knowledge Management, and Transition. This will be an an interactive workshop exploring how AI can improve the work surrounding radiation-hardened electronics—from design and simulation to radiation testing, data analysis, and preserving engineering knowledge. - At 7:45am, Keynote Speaker, Dr. Peter Garretson, Senior Fellow in Defense Studies, American Foreign Policy Council (AFPC), will be talking about “The Threat of a High Altitude Nuclear Explosion: Detecting, Characterizing, and Countering Potential Adversary Placement of Nuclear Weapons in Space”.
